Copyright & DMCA Compliance

Effective Date: September 6, 2025

disgracetube is committed to respecting intellectual property rights. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we accept and review valid takedown notices. If your copyrighted material is being shared here without authorization, you can submit a DMCA notice through our contact form. All properly completed requests will be processed quickly.

How to File a DMCA Notice

To be valid, your request must include the following:

  1. Your contact information
Provide your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of your work
Identify the copyrighted content. If multiple works are covered, you may submit a representative list.
  3. Location of the infringing material
The exact URL(s) on disgracetube where the content is found.
  4. Good faith statement
A declaration that you believe, in good faith, the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or an authorized agent.
  6. Signature
A typed, electronic, or physical signature will be accepted. A full typed name counts as an electronic signature.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notification through our contact form. It must include:

  1. Your complete contact information.
  2. Identification of the content removed and where it appeared on disgracetube prior to removal.
  3. A sworn statement that the takedown was a result of error or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where disgracetube operates) and your acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We may reinstate the content within 10 business days of receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant notifies us that legal proceedings have been filed.

Repeat Violations

Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may be suspended or permanently terminated. Infringing material may also be removed at our discretion without notice.

False or Misleading Claims

Knowingly submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability, including damages and attorney fees. If you are uncertain of your rights, please consult with a legal professional before filing.
